What we collect
Through the forms we collect: first name, surname, phone, email, town, the reason for your enquiry and, optionally, your message. We also record the site language, the page the form was sent from and campaign parameters (UTM).
We do not collect special category data. Please do not send health information through these forms.

Retention and recipients
We keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by law. We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use technology providers acting as processors (hosting, database and email) under Article 28 GDPR agreements.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@fitnessmontbui.com. You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
The Spanish version of this policy is the binding one.
Server logs
Our hosting provider automatically records technical data sent by your browser: browser type and version, operating system, referring page, request time and IP address. This is processed on the basis of legitimate interest to keep the site secure and working, and is not combined with other sources.

Fonts are served from our own domain rather than Google Fonts, so your browser does not contact Google servers when loading the site.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, the Facebook pixel or any other advertising or analytics tool. If any is added in future, consent will be requested in the cookie banner and detailed here before activation.
Encryption, withdrawal of consent, unsolicited mail
The site is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by emailing info@fitnessmontbui.com; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. We expressly object to the use of the contact details published in our legal notice for unsolicited advertising.
